He is grateful for each and every lesson because every piece of advice has helped him navigate the ups and downs of life, particularly when life got a little rough and the future seemed bleak. Sammy Zherka is most grateful for the lessons his father taught him about being a good family man; a kind, compassionate, and loving husband and father. For Sammy Zherka, his professional accomplishments pale in comparison to his accomplishments as a husband and father.

Sammy Zherka grew up in a small community in Bronx, New York. He has eight wonderful and delightful children, five boys and three girls, including six-year-old quadruplet boys. His parents were Albanian refugees; survivors of tyranny, oppression, and discrimination in their native country. Sam Zherka learned the importance of hard work and perseverance at a very young age. His first job had him working alongside his father doing building maintenance. His first paying job was as a dishwasher at Sal’s Pizza on 206th Street in the Bronx at the tender age of 11.
Learning the value of hard work and perseverance at a very young age has paved the road to success for Sammy Zherka. From his humble beginnings as a dishwasher, he has worked his way up, building real estate portfolios totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in value.
